Tiffany Gaitan is a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist with over 15 years’ experience in the South Texas markets including a background in Finance, Land Development, New Construction, Marketing and Listing of Property and finally Commercial Real Estate.  She is a native Texan living in the San Antonio area for approximately 18 years with her husband and 3 daughters.

Tiffany enjoys spending time outdoors gardening and walking her 3 Labrador retrievers.  She has a degree in Business Management and has worked as a banker with licenses in Insurance, Mortgage, and Security Investments and then was licensed in Real Estate in October 2008.  Tiffany has also worked for a number of local and national builders in both capacities of sales and loan origination from 2004 to current.
