I am originally from Corpus Christi and started in property management while in college. I moved to San Antonio 5 years ago and worked for a JV partner who bought underperforming Large multifamily and increased their value through small renovations and large capital Expenditure projects. After 3 years I left and started working as a sales agent and acquisition agent for an investment brokerage. I love the investment side of real estate and walking each individual through their project according to their strategy and methods.
